MACS facelift (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension facelift) is a modern facelift technique designed to lift sagging facial tissues using a smaller incision and a less invasive approach than traditional facelift surgeries. The MACS technique involves lifting and anchoring the underlying facial tissues vertically with special sutures, which provide natural-looking elevation and long-lasting support. The incision is usually made in front of the ear and extends slightly into the hairline.
