Neck Lift

Neck Lift
Neck lift, or lower rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgical procedure aimed at improving visible signs of aging in the jawline and neck area. It addresses issues such as sagging skin, excess fat under the chin, muscle banding, and “turkey neck” appearance.

The procedure involves tightening the underlying muscles (platysma), removing excess skin, and sometimes using liposuction to eliminate unwanted fat deposits. Incisions are typically placed discreetly behind the ears and/or under the chin to minimize visible scarring.

A neck lift can be performed alone or in combination with a facelift or other facial procedures for more comprehensive rejuvenation. The result is a more defined, youthful neck contour and a smoother transition from the jawline to the collarbone.

Recovery usually takes about 2 weeks, with full results visible after swelling subsides.
